शंकर धामी दार्चुला – मनसुनको सुरुमै महाकालीमा आएको बाढीले दार्चुला सदरमुकाम खलङ्गाका वासिन्दालाई ठूलै पीडा दियो ।बाढी अहिले घटिसकेको छ तर बाढी प्रभावितको पीडा उस्तै छ । सँगसँगै दार्चुलामा मात्रै नभई धेरै नेपालीहरुमा महाकालीमा बाढी किन र कसरी आयो भन्ने जिज्ञासा उठेको छ । महाकालीमा असार २ गते बेलुकीदेखि बाढी आएको हो । म दार्चुला प्रहरी प्रमुख डिएसपी कुवेर कडायतसँग जेठ २८ गते खलंगाबाट त्रिदेशीय सीमाक्षेत्रमा पर्ने व्यास गाविसको छाङरु र तिंकरसम्म गएको थिएँ । बाढी आउनुभन्दा दुई दिन अघि मात्रै हामी महाकालीको किनारैकिनार भएर व्यासबाट दार्चुला फिर्ता भएका थियौ । महाकाली नदी किनार क्षेत्रको अवलोकन र सदरमुकाम खलंगामा ७–८ वर्षको वसाई अनुभवका आधारमा बाढी आउनुको कारणबारे लेख्न लागेको हुँ । १‍. निरन्तरको वर्षा यो वर्षा यति क्रूर भइदियो कि धौलिगंगाभन्दा माथिको भारतीय बस्ती सोबला र कल्चौतीमा चार दर्जनभन्दा बढी घरहरु बगे । पहिरो गयो, वर्षाले पहिरो निम्त्यायो, पहिरोले धौलीगंगाको सतह बढायो र बाढीको रुप लियो । त्यतिमात्रै होइन, सदरमुकाम खलंगामा पनि असार १ गते साँझदेखि लगातार असार ३ गते दिउसोसम्म पान...

Welcome to the pristinity…… RamaRoshan region which lies in Accham district, the far western part of Nepal, is famous for its 12 wetlands and 18 flatlands. Locals believe that to explore all the 12 lakes and 18 flatlands one need at least 3 days. The whole areas altitude variation varies from 2050m to 3792m above sea level.   There have been various stories regarding the name of RamaRoshan. Some believes that 'Rama' and 'Roshan' are the two flatlands within a distance of half an hour hence the name RamaRoshan has been derived.
